From your first tour to move-in day, here's exactly what to expect.

Submit Your Application — Only $15
When you're ready, complete the BumbleBee application. We do not check your credit. Applicants complete our screening process, which includes a criminal background check.

Step 3 — Choose your room
Approved? Choose Your Room
Approved applicants receive an email with a link to view and select from rooms that are available at that time.

Step 4 — Sign your lease
Sign Your Month-to-Month Lease
After you select your room, you'll receive an email requesting your electronic signature. Review and sign your lease from your phone or computer.

Step 5 — Set up your portal & pay
Create Your Tenant Portal
After your lease is signed, you'll receive instructions to create your Tenant Portal login, where you'll manage rent and payments.

Your completed-lease email will show the move-in funds due and the payment instructions for your lease.

Step 6 — Move-in day
Get Ready to Move In!
After your lease is fully signed, you'll receive an email with move-in instructions, House Manager contact information, and directions for scheduling your arrival time.
Coordinate your arrival with your House Manager, bring your belongings, and get ready to settle into your new BumbleBee home.
