Short online form, ID upload, and a criminal background check. Most applications are reviewed within a couple of days.
- 4Move in
Sign your agreement online, pay your deposit and first month's rent, and get your room code. Welcome home.
Usually no. If your situation is unusual we'll walk you through options — students, remote workers, and new-to-town folks are all welcome.
Furniture, utilities (power, water, gas), high-speed Wi-Fi, cleaning of common areas, and access to shared spaces — all covered by Bumblebee, not bundled into your rent.
Minimum stay is typically a few months; most residents stay a year or more. Flexible arrangements are possible — just ask.
Yes. Once you move in you get a resident portal to pay rent by card or bank, view receipts, and submit maintenance.
A refundable security deposit is due at signing. We hold it separately and return it at move-out minus any documented damage.
